Real advice from people who've done this before

Is a personal concierge worth it? Here's what our clients say

It's a fair question. And it's usually the last thing people ask before they make the call that changes how they experience their week.

Here's the honest answer, straight from the people who've been where you are right now.

The most common thing we hear before someone hires us

"I kept thinking I should be able to handle this myself."

It's the single most universal sentiment among new clients. High-achieving, capable, organized people who are genuinely good at managing complexity in every other area of their life. And yet the personal to-do list keeps growing, the errands keep piling up, and the Sunday evenings keep disappearing into tasks that have nothing to do with rest or family or the things that actually matter.

The guilt of considering outside help is real. We hear it constantly. What's also real is what happens after that guilt is set aside and the first booking is made.

What clients tell us after the first month

The feedback we hear most consistently isn't about the specific tasks we completed. It's about what those tasks were costing before we took them over.

Mental bandwidth. Time with family. The ability to be fully present at work because the personal list isn't running in the background. The feeling of arriving at the weekend without a agenda of obligations waiting.

One client told us she didn't realize how heavy her mental load had become until someone else was carrying part of it. That's not unusual. It's the norm.

What our clients say makes it worth it

  • Getting their weekends back without a list of errands attached
  • Knowing things are handled without having to follow up
  • The relief of having one capable person who knows how they like things done
  • Feeling organized and on top of their home life for the first time in years
  • The realization that the cost is far less than the value of the time returned

The question isn't really whether a personal concierge is worth it. The question is what your time is worth to you. For most of our clients, once they've experienced what it feels like to have their personal life genuinely handled, the answer becomes obvious very quickly.

The harder question is why they waited so long to call.
