I imagine my antagonist as ol’ Lonely the Maytag Repairman, who never had anything to do with his days because the appliances he fixed were dependable to a fault.
As a professional concierge, things don’t come together without hard work. My clients depend on me for fast, effective service, so I rarely spend time sitting around waiting for things to happen. This week I was tasked with replacing the washer and dryer units for a family of four. Needless to say, when the laundry doesn’t get done in a house with small children, the situation becomes critical.
I’m happy to report that I was able to coordinate the purchase, delivery and installation of new units immediately so my client was up and running with minimal disruption to their work week. The dirty piles were conquered!
I guess ol’ Lonely and I have something in common after all…you can always count on us to get the job done. But I CERTAINLY won’t be the one waiting for the phone to ring.
